In the heart of Umbria lies the town of Assisi, made famous by St. Francis.  During spring, the red poppies are in bloom as well as the Rape Seed plants.  From the same spot, behind us (second photo) is Assisi. Perched above, on a hilltop, the Basilica San Francesco peers out over the walls.
