Want a challenge? Want to stay in an amazing place? Either way you will have captivating views like this. The Grimselwelt area of Switzerland is a small valley tucked away at the base of the Grimsel pass, offering choice hiking, like this path, a challenging T3 category, cut into the granite face just above the Grimsel dam leading to the Lauteraarhütte. From there more technical, T4 category hike, can be found. For those less skilled or with the desire for safer thrills, you could always take a ride on the funicular up to Gelmersee. There is plenty of fun in this area, including the epic Trift bridge.
